Development resumed at the user request. Fundraising now enforces the earlier of page and church campaign closing dates. Cause editing targets an explicit record and prevents retargeting a cause with existing pages. Received-gift attribution defaults to anonymous, requires confirmation for public recognition, validates currency/project and refuses fully refunded or duplicate attribution. Recurring recognition is editable by the donor or church finance staff with stale-edit protection, audit history, and an immutable preference snapshot for each future checkout. Staff/public lists offer title, cause, occasion, type, status, date and sort filters; staff additionally search owners and review status. Public searches use approved snapshots and exclude denied fundraisers before pagination. Staff CSV uses the same filters, separate saved/published titles and goals, received/outside totals, a consistent database snapshot and spreadsheet formula escaping. Export is limited to 5,000 pages per filtered request. Passed 70 lifecycle, 162 rendering/filter, 90 live HTTPS checks and 10 regression suites. Showroom preserves 24 fundraising pages, six recurring links and 61 received attributions across six churches. Actual fundraising worker completed. Full Givecloud scope and payment-provider certification remain unfinished.

Adds church-scoped contribution, payment, failed-payment, refund, line-item, donor-covered-cost and donor engagement reports, saved filters/pins, and private resumable CSV exports stored in MySQL. Refund activity uses the refund date. Exports preserve a dated snapshot, recheck permissions, escape spreadsheet formulas and expire after seven days. Showroom includes 18 saved reports and 18 initial completed exports plus failed-payment examples. Passed: 30 lifecycle, 3 concurrent export, 102 screen/filter/reconciliation and 91 live HTTPS/worker/download checks; earlier 213 regression, 41 donor-development and 31 pledge checks also passed before deployment. Existing provider certification and full feature-parity work remain unfinished. New development remains paused following this requested deployment.

Adds campaign-linked donor promises, immutable terms/revisions, live received balances across giving and purchases, refund-aware progress, giving-page pledge options and filtered exports. Church-local archive/restore preserves shared identity, other churches and financial history; private interaction revisions preserve original content. Six populated campaigns and 24 promises, revised notes and a shared donor archive example are available. Passed: 31 lifecycle, 3 campaign concurrency, 66 render/report, 72 live HTTPS, 41 prior donor-development, 3 matching concurrency and 213 prior regression checks. Browser saved a promise revision with SQL reread and preserved amount/progress; desktop inspected and 390px document fits. Full platform scope and live provider certification remain unfinished.

Adds structured donor plans and reusable moves, assigned follow-ups and revocable calendar feeds, foundation research, grant applications/awards/reporting, employer matching policies/claims/actual receipts, refund reconciliation, corporate relationships and an immutable private document vault. Six churches have 12 corporate profiles, 18 plans/108 moves, 18 grants/24 obligations, six employer programs/claims and 18 seeded PDFs. Current checks: 41 lifecycle, 3 concurrent allocation, 4 worker, 84 screen rendering, 118 HTTPS and 213 prior regressions. Administrator login and real browser task save verified; phone-width DOM fits 390px and desktop inspected. Adds rich beneficiary profiles, typed private/public fields, payment bundles, capacity reservations, church-merchant recurring support, receipt eligibility, preserved relationship history, private timeline/PDF updates, maturity controls, same-filter profile/sponsor exports and durable CSV profile/timeline imports. Server release adds itemized mixed carts, stock reservations and movements, shipping and configured taxes, promotions, fulfillment and explicit returns, protected digital downloads, event attendees and QR admission, paid member terms and renewals. Six church showrooms contain 36 products, 12 events, 49 orders, 48 tickets and six benefit memberships. 33 transaction checks, concurrent stock/seat races, 125 live commerce HTTPS checks, and 70 prior regression checks passed. Browser purchase/refund/restock flow verified at 390px. Nine dependencies checked with zero matching advisories. Full scope remains in development; carrier APIs, bundles, all membership options, site publishing and other areas are not yet complete.

Published development release: one shared database with church-specific sites and rich fictional data. Giving, fee coverage, recurring schedules, refunds, balanced ledger, immutable PDF letters, separate SaaS invoices, native CRM, consented mail previews, and CSV workflows. 70 transactional checks and 131 live HTTP checks passed. Live processor/mail credentials, additional modules and full Givecloud acceptance remain incomplete.

Added campuses and church-owned households, explicitly restricted care records, capacity-controlled volunteer assignments, and donor-controlled church directories. Added church-owned merchant registration and versioned cost estimates; these do not enable payment collection. Source discovery now covers 488 help articles; 47 additional requirements and 58 individual specifications expose previously omitted scope. Full application acceptance remains incomplete.

Private account invitations now carry their one-time token in the browser URL fragment, keeping it out of normal HTTP access logs. Enrollment, token consumption, and replay rejection verified. This is still a development release; the full feature register is not complete.

Adds church-local ministry groups and attendance; annual U.S. cash-gift letters with gift-level references and historical address snapshots; intangible religious benefit wording; receipt invalidation on gift corrections; preferred contact selection; organization and campaign editing with stale-update protection; church-specific communication choices. All listed future requirements remain release scope, but are not yet implemented. Online payments, recurring collection, SMS verification, email delivery, CRM and other service integrations are not connected.
